Exchange & Return Policy

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we may offer exchanges under certain conditions within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

✔ The item is in its original, unopened condition – including plastic wrapping, labels, seals, and packaging.
✔ The customer bears all shipping costs and any price differences for exchanged items.
Opened, sprayed, or used products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

In accordance with UAE Consumer Law, you may be eligible for a return or exchange if:

✔ You received an item that is faulty or defective (subject to inspection and manufacturer verification).
✔ You received the wrong product – do not open or spray it. Contact us immediately for assistance.
✔ If confirmed faulty, items may be sent for evaluation by the manufacturer before a refund or exchange is processed.

This assessment will be completed within a reasonable timeframe, and you will be informed of the next steps.

Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged:

✔ Retain all original packaging and shipping materials.
✔ Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
✔ Contact our support team as soon as possible.
✔ In some cases, you may need to take the item to a nearby courier location for inspection.

Proof of Purchase & Inspection

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
✔ Returned items will be carefully inspected to verify authenticity, including watermarking, barcodes, and packaging.
✔ Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage are not eligible for refund or exchange.

✔ All products are shipped in brand-new, unused, and sealed condition.
