Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, exchanges can be arranged within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

✔ The customer covers all shipping charges and any price differences between exchanged products.
✔ The item is in its original, unopened condition, including all seals, wrappers, and labels.
✔ Perfumes that have been opened or sprayed are not eligible for return or exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under UAE Consumer Law, you may be eligible for a return or exchange if:

✔ You receive a defective product (subject to inspection).
✔ You receive an incorrect item — please do not break the seal or use the perfume. Contact us immediately so we can correct the error.
✔ If a product requires manufacturer assessment, we will complete this within a reasonable timeframe before confirming a refund or exchange.

Damaged During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged:

✔ Retain all packaging and take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
✔ Contact our team immediately for support.
✔ You may be asked to bring the damaged parcel to a local post office for inspection, depending on the case.

Proof of Purchase & Product Integrity

✔ All return and exchange requests must be supported with valid proof of purchase.
✔ Items returned will be thoroughly inspected, including barcode and seal verification.
✔ No exchanges or refunds will be provided for items damaged due to misuse or irregular handling.
